With time this product continues to become worse. The Bluetooth functionality worked in the beginning, but you needed to be within 10ft of your dog. Now that functionality is gone, as it will not connect to your pets collar at all. The product is no different than any other remote collar.

Setting up an account and connecting to the device is flawless, but as soon as you click on the device to actually control it, nothing loads no matter how long you wait

can connect collars but the remote doesn't load. pretty much useless without that part. The only reason I got these was to group them together to control both at the same time so I guess I'll be returning them
