Peaklog is the training log for athletes following a cross-training program, written in French, for people who are serious about training.
The WOD is displayed, and you have three minutes before you start. You open the app, read the session your program has given you for today, and start the timer. At the end, you record your time, reps, or weight. Your workout is saved before you've even put away your barbell—not in the evening when you get home and can't remember how many rounds you did.
And tracking is free. Your sessions, records, benchmarks, rankings, timer, offline mode: the app is free for the athlete, with no paywall on your personal data.
Your session, at the pace of your program
Today's session opens in four taps. Some programs run every day, others three or four times a week: the app follows the pace your coach has planned. You swipe to see the whole week, you scroll back through your history to review a past WOD and compare it to your previous times. You record your result between sets, not eight hours later.
No signal? Your workout stays.
Where we train, the connection is rarely good. Peaklog keeps today's workout accessible offline and uploads your scores as soon as you're back online. Nothing is lost, nothing waits for you to get a connection.
A timer that speaks your language.
Six modes, the ones we actually use: AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, Tabata, intervals, and simple countdown. Full screen, numbers readable from three meters away, splits recorded for each lap, three soundscapes so the beep cuts through the music. You can start the timer directly from the workout: it already knows what you're going to do.
Your PRs, all in one place
Each personal best is organized by movement and benchmark: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Back Squat, Deadlift, Fran, Murph, Cindy… You can see the date, the weight, the twelve-month progress curve, the milestones reached, and the plateaus where you've hit a wall. You set concrete goals—a 150 kg Back Squat, breaking three minutes on Fran—and the app tells you where you stand. Badges and the daily streak do the rest: ten sessions, first record, full week, thirty consecutive days.
The same WOD, together
You're not alone on this program. After each session, the leaderboard is updated with the scores of other athletes following the same program as you. You can filter by level—General, Elite, RX, Intermediate, Scaled—to see how you compare to people training at your level, not pros. You send a check-in to those who sweated it out on the same WOD, you comment on their results, and the programming chat stays open between sessions. You don't train at the same time, but you're doing the same work.
What's also included:
• Your feelings and mood recorded after each session
• A notification when a new session is published
• Full-screen demo videos, ad-free
• Subscriptions, invoices, and cancellations managed from your profile
• Referral program: an extra month of programming for you and the person you refer
• Export or permanently delete your data in one tap
Subscriptions
The app and tracking your workouts are free. Only the subscription to your coach's programming is paid: they set their own price, monthly, annually, or in eight-week blocks. Everything is managed and canceled from the app, in euros, dollars, or pounds.
