About this app

Happily is here to make work more fun, rewarding, and meaningful. Every day, employees can answer questions about how they feel at work, share feedback, recognize teammates, and help improve the workplace experience.

Users can earn coins and gems by participating in workplace activities and by receiving recognition from co-workers, then redeem rewards through the app.

Happily also offers optional corporate wellness features and team-based wellness campaigns. With the user’s permission, Happily can connect to Google Health Connect to read selected distance, exercise session, sleep, and related fitness data in order to power Running Track, wellness campaign progress, active minutes goals, and sleep-related wellness experiences.

Health Connect access is optional, read-only, and used only for user-facing wellness features inside the app. Happily does not sell health data and does not use health data for advertising.
