Petla Vet brings order to your daily practice routine—from the first appointment to medication pick-up, for solo veterinarians and established teams. Everything your clinic needs, clearly organized in one app.

The calendar shows you at a glance what the day holds: weekly schedules, daily views, and smart appointment suggestions that already factor in travel time for house calls. You can create new appointments in seconds—for existing or new clients, with or without animals, as a full booking or as a quick time block for breaks and internal tasks. Those currently on the go can see the live status of the house call and navigate directly to the address.

Behind every animal is a pet owner, and Petla Vet helps you nurture these relationships. Master data, animals, appointment history, and anamnesis forms are all stored in a searchable file. New clients can be registered directly when creating an appointment—no detours, no duplicate entries. When a pet owner requests medication, you can guide the order securely through the entire process: from the initial request and confirmation to pickup, with automatic email notifications as soon as the order is ready.

Availability can be set individually for each calendar in parallel mode or organized in shifts for rotating teams. Templates eliminate weekly manual work, and vacations and holidays can be blocked with just a few taps. You can record continuing education hours for ATF certification directly in the app—with categories, document uploads, and an annual overview for the entire team.
