About this app

PicToPC connects product photography on your Android phone with your desktop listing workflow.

Take photos, organise them by item and batch, and find them in your private PicToPC library on your computer. Add titles, SKUs, stock locations and notes while the product is in front of you.

CAPTURE AND ORGANISE
• Capture photos with square cropping, lighting controls and a grid option.
• Sync as you shoot, or send an item together with Next item.
• Record condition, buyer-facing condition notes, quantity and an optional GBP price.
• Save reusable listing descriptions.
• Add UPC/EAN product codes manually or with the camera barcode scanner.
• Keep captured media queued for upload when your connection returns.

CONTINUE ON YOUR COMPUTER
View grouped photos in your private desktop library. Download individual photos or selected groups, with filenames based on your item details. The separate PicToPC Chrome extension can transfer selected media and supported listing details into marketplace drafts. Marketplace support varies.

YOUR PICTOPC PLAN
A free PicToPC account is required. Free accounts include 250 photo uploads per calendar month using smaller JPEG files. Existing Premium accounts have unlimited photo uploads, full-resolution JPEG quality 92 with an optional lossless setting, custom buyer-note cards, premade photo options and item videos of up to one minute. Subscriptions are not sold inside this Google Play app.

TEMPORARY STORAGE
PicToPC is a bridge, not a permanent archive. Free photos expire after 30 days; Premium photos and videos expire after 90 days. Download files you want to keep before they expire.

An internet connection is required for account setup and syncing. Background uploads require you to stay signed in; force-stopping the app pauses syncing until you reopen it.

PicToPC is operated by Continue Technology Limited and is independent of the marketplaces it supports.

Settings is now easier to use, with clear sections for your camera, listing defaults, uploads, privacy and help. See your current choices at a glance, edit saved descriptions, and get a warning before leaving unsaved changes.
