Accuracy fixes for busy restaurants:
• Service charge can now be set to dine-in only — takeaway is no longer charged for table service
• Closing a shift now counts only that shift's cash, so later shifts no longer show a false shortage
• Gross profit uses the cost at time of sale, so updating ingredient costs no longer changes past months
• Added e-Wallet payment (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost)
• Kitchen ticket print failures are now visible, with reprint
• Faster backup after being offline
