About this app

PivotBank is a bank statement converter: it turns the PDF statement your bank gives you into a clean spreadsheet, and checks every row against the statement's own running balance, so a misread shows up here and not in your accounts.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open a bank statement PDF, or share one to PivotBank from your email or files.
2. PivotBank reads every transaction: date, description, money in, money out and balance.
3. It adds the rows up against the opening and closing balances the bank printed. When they agree, you see it. When they do not, you see exactly where.
4. Download it as Excel (XLSX), CSV, OFX, QIF, QBO or JSON, ready for QuickBooks, Xero, Quicken, Sage and other accounting software.

Your statement is sent over an encrypted connection to be read. The PDF file itself is not kept. The transactions are kept in your account if you save the statement, and a reading you do not unlock is deleted after 7 days. Your name, address and account numbers are removed before the transaction lines are read by an AI model.
