About this app

ClipTween is an easy animation maker for your phone and tablet. Draw or import your art, set a few keyframes, and ClipTween animates the movement in between. Add text, effects and music, then export your cartoon as an MP4 video or an animated GIF, ready to share.

Make cartoons, animated stories, memes, intros, animated text and motion graphics for short videos and posts. No frame-by-frame drawing needed: move, rotate and scale any layer on the timeline and the app tweens it smoothly, with easing curves for bounce, overshoot and smooth ease-in and ease-out motion.

ClipTween is free. Exports include a small "Made with ClipTween" watermark; watch a short, optional ad to export without it. Some brush packs can be unlocked for your session by watching an ad. Ads only play when you choose to watch one.
