What’s new

- Old Dough: fold leftover dough from a past batch into your mix, or set some aside for next time.
- Detroit and Sicilian recipes now recommend more dough so it fills the pan, and the steps proof in the pan with the oven preheat timed to match.
- Cold-fermented biga now uses calibrated, smaller amount of yeast, so long biga doughs are less likely to over-proof at cold temps.
- Tap a shared recipe link and it gives the option to open the recipe in the app from the browser
