Ratings and reviews

After recent update, the app has become less user-friendly. Previously, it worked well, but now it no longer allows users to describe or explain the type of dish, which is especially important when using imitation food. Another issue is that uploading photos is very slow and laggy. When we upload a pic, there is no confirmation that it has been successfully received. By the time we realize the upload has failed, we have already finished eating and can't retake the photo as upload pic isn't allow

hello plantee, this was a fun and inspiring app and I would have given 4 stars but after the recent upgrade, it's quite unusable for me. I can't take photos as the app keeps giving me a blank white screen on both my phones when I touch the + icon. On my Samsung, it won't even stay logged in to my Google account and keeps making me sign in every time. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but the problem persists. please fix these issues!

I don't know why the app have not been fair to me. I have done countless face verification and all were verified yet anytime I want to upload my food they will still request for face verification. It's really tiring and frustrating.
