About this app

Playsoft Vision is the app for Playsoft's camera and monitoring system. With it, you can monitor cameras, recordings, alerts, and trackers for your business, condominium, store, or farm from your cell phone.

LIVE CAMERAS
• View live cameras in a list or mosaic view, with multiple images simultaneously.

• Cameras with 2 lenses display both images.

• Share a camera with someone who needs it via a temporary link that expires automatically.

• Register the position and direction of a camera using your cell phone's GPS during installation.

RECORDINGS
• Choose the day and view scenes from each hour in thumbnails.

• Timeline to go directly to the moment you're interested in.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ALERTS AND EVENTS
• Automatically read vehicle license plates, faces, and zone alerts, always with photos.

• Tap on the alert to see the image and the camera it came from.

TRACKERS ON THE MAP
• See the location of your organization's trackers on the map: vehicles, machinery, and livestock.

• Scan the tracker's barcode with your phone's camera for faster registration.

LED SCREENS AND STORE TVs
• See what's playing on the screens and TVs.

• Send videos and images from your phone to the programming and post them on the screens.

SECURITY
• Biometric unlocking (fingerprint or face) to open the app.

• Encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).

• Each user only sees what their organization has released to them.

• Multiple clients or units? Switch organizations within the app.

HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Your company, or Playsoft, creates your access and sends an invitation.

2. Open the invitation (link or QR Code) or log in with the email and password you received.

3. Done: the cameras and resources available to you appear in the app.

IMPORTANT
• The app requires an account linked to a Playsoft client organization.

• Your phone's location is only used when the app is open: to show your location on the map and to record a camera's position when you request it. The app does not track your phone.

• Camera images belong to the organization and are stored for the period they define.

• We do not sell your data and do not use anything for advertising. The app has no ads or in-app purchases.

• You can delete your account in the app itself (Account > Delete my account).
