About this app

No more overflowing trash cans and missed collections. Popelnice.app knows the dates of waste collection in your municipality and sends you a timely notification — all you have to do is take it out.

After the first launch, just select the municipality and the application will load the collection schedule according to the publicly available schedule of the given municipality. From that moment on, it monitors the nearest and other dates for you.

WHAT THE APPLICATION CAN DO
- Smart notifications — we will remind you of the collection the day before, in the evening and in the morning on the day of collection. You can set up to two reminders, the time and type yourself.
- Clear collection calendar — all collections in a monthly overview, each type of waste has its own color. You immediately know what goes when.
- All types of waste — mixed, paper, plastic, biowaste and collection yard.
- Works offline — the schedule and settings are saved directly on your phone, so the dates and reminders work even without a connection.
- No registration — no accounts, no name or email. Download, select a municipality and that's it.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Select your municipality.
2. Set when you want to be notified — the day before, on the day of collection, or both.
3. A notification will come, you take out the trash and you have peace of mind.

Popelnice.app is ad-free and does not track your location. We work with an absolute minimum of data — details can be found in the privacy policy.

We take collection dates from schedules provided by individual municipalities or published on their official websites and official boards.
