About this app

Prográmalo Personal is the app for clocking in and out at your school. It's designed for all staff—teachers, custodians, administrators, cleaning staff, and kitchen staff—whether or not they have a Prográmalo account.

With Prográmalo Personal you can:

• Clock in and out in seconds, using your card code and PIN or your email and password.

• Clock in even without network coverage: the clock-in is saved with the actual time and sent as soon as the connection is restored.

• Notify your school when you can't come in.

• View your daily clock-ins and out and download your monthly record as a PDF.

• Change your PIN or password, and delete your account directly from the app.

Your location is only accessed when you clock in, to confirm your presence at the school, and never in the background. You can still clock in if you don't grant permission.

Getting started: The app is for staff at schools that use the Prográmalo time tracking system. Your center's management will give you your code and PIN.

Daily time tracking is required by Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute; your center is responsible for this data.
