Releasing an update that's supposed to fix some performance issues and ending up making the app unusable and you didnt even bother to release a hot fix or smthn to address it especially now since all of us want to see our exam results, be fr, at least revert to the previous ver that worked while u fix the current version smh

Too much bugs and issues, the purpose was speed and reliability but the outcomes don't even come close to that. All in all, it did nothing but make things harder& worse than they were.

Crashes often, completely unreliable at times, won't even open up, numerous bugs and issues, needs updating ASAP to fix these issues as it's making everything harder for us.
