Binaural Tones is a clean, distraction-free sound generator for focus, sleep, relaxation, and meditation. Every tone is synthesized live on your device — nothing is streamed and no audio files are downloaded.
BINAURAL PRESETS
Six ready-to-play presets, each tuned to a classic brainwave band:
- Sleep — Delta (3.5 Hz beat) for deep rest
- Relaxation — Theta (6 Hz beat) for meditative calm
- Focus — Alpha (10 Hz beat) for relaxed alertness
- Energy — Beta (18 Hz beat) for active thinking

Tap to play, tap again to stop. Headphones are recommended so each ear receives its own frequency — that separation is what creates the binaural beat.

This is what sets Binaural Tones apart. Dial the exact frequency for each ear independently, anywhere from 0 to 10,000 Hz, with a live readout of the resulting binaural beat. Drag the sliders or tap a value to type it in precisely. Perfect for experimenting with your own custom beats instead of being limited to fixed presets.
