Protio is your invisible shield. Designed for those moments when you've already lost control of your device.

🚨 WHAT SITUATIONS IS IT FOR?
Protio covers all situations where your phone and your information are at risk:
Theft with coercion: you are forced to hand over your PIN.
Snatching: your phone is taken from your hand.
Pickup: it is taken without you noticing.
Loss: someone finds it and tries to use it.
Unauthorized access: someone tries to access your phone.

⚙️ HOW IT WORKS
You configure one or more activation methods. When one is triggered, Protio silently activates the emergency protocol: it sends your GPS location to your contacts via SMS and blocks access to your most sensitive apps. All without the attacker noticing.

⚡ ACTIVATION METHODS
Press and hold the volume button.

Shake the phone vigorously (with combined accelerometer and gyroscope detection to prevent false activations).
Eject the SIM card.
Disconnect from the network or turn on airplane mode (Premium Plan).
Activate on the next restart (Premium Plan).
Manual activation from the home screen.

🛡️ WHAT THE PROTOCOL DOES
GPS Alert: Sends your exact location to your emergency contacts via SMS.
Delayed Lock: Locks WhatsApp, Telegram, Contacts, SMS, Settings, and other apps you choose (Premium Plan) with a configurable delay. The delay allows you to hand over the phone and de-escalate the situation: the attacker receives a phone that appears to be working normally, but after the delay, the apps are locked, protecting your digital identity and bank accounts.
Resists restarting: If the phone turns off, Protio automatically reactivates upon restart.
Anti-delete protection: Protected against uninstallation without your explicit consent. Secure Deactivation: If it activates accidentally, you can cancel it by entering your Protio PIN.

📴 WORKS 100% OFFLINE
You don't need an internet connection. The SMS alert, app blocking, and activation work without mobile data or Wi-Fi.

🤫 DISCREET AND PRIVATE BY DESIGN
It doesn't appear in recent apps and runs in the background without displaying visible notifications. It requires no registration, collects no personal data, and everything works locally on your device.

⚠️ USE OF THE ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE
Protio uses the Android Accessibility Service (AccessibilityService API) exclusively to detect and block sensitive apps when the emergency protocol is activated. This is the only function for which this service is used.

Protio does NOT collect or transmit information about the apps you open, does NOT modify system settings without your permission, does NOT prevent the uninstallation of other apps, and does NOT record audio or screenshots.

The permission is requested transparently during startup. You can revoke it at any time from the System Settings (if you disable it, the rest of Protio's functions will continue to work).
