We know tradesman are tired of being in the dark as to the customers they decide to work for only to be denied payment or delayed payment with really poor excuses not to pay or to delay payment. You will be able to assess the character of your customer before you quote. Maybe lowering your quote for the ones with great reviews and bypassing customers who seem to have trouble with tradesman.

Further customers are reviewed in 3 key characteristics: promptness of payment, friendliness/trust (are they a pleasure to deal with, do they let you do your work so you can maintain your momentum and get the job done in the shortest of time) and generosity (do they offer coffees and snacks? Do they care about you?).

Customers are given cash rewards for consecutive 5 star reviews ($100 straight into their bank account) and 10 star consecutive reviews ($150 cash).

Also tradesman are also rewarded for consecutive reviews with a free quote for every 5 star consecutive reviews.

So we will attract quality honest customers as well as quality honest tradesman as they are rewarded for it.
