Rappu is a modern housing company app that makes living easier. With the app, you can book common spaces, report faults and stay up to date with your housing company's announcements – all in one place.

RESERVATION OF COMMON SPACE
Easily book your housing company's common spaces directly from your phone. Sauna, laundry room, club room or other common space – see available times at a glance and make a reservation with a few taps. Get a reminder before your reservation, so you never forget your turn.

FAULT REPORTS
Did you notice a fault in the stairwell or common space? Report a fault in an instant. You can add photos and a description of the problem, and the report will go directly to the property manager or maintenance company. Track the status of your report and get notified when the matter has been handled.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Stay up to date with your housing company's affairs. All important announcements – general meeting invitations, maintenance work announcements and other current issues – can be found in the app. You will be notified of new announcements, so you won't miss anything important.

NOTIFICATIONS
The application keeps you up to date with push notifications. You will receive information about new announcements, booking confirmations and updates to fault reports directly to your phone.

MULTIPLE HOUSING COMPANIES
Do you live or own apartments in more than one housing company? No problem. You can manage all your housing companies from the same application and switch between them easily.

The application requires that your housing company uses the Rappu service to work.
