About this app

Lining up referees every weekend is a puzzle. Refplan turns it into teamwork.

No more group chat asking who can do Saturday. No spreadsheet only you understand. Referees enter when they are available — per kick-off time, not just per day — and you see at a glance who fits which match. What you record stays with the club: if someone else takes over, they don't start from scratch.

FOR THE COORDINATOR

• See who is available for each match, with their level and how many matches they already have
• Assign in one tap; the app warns you if someone is double-booked or unavailable
• Ask someone whose availability you don't know yet, and let the app handle the reply
• Publish the weekend when you are ready — only then is everyone notified
• Remind everyone who hasn't shared their availability, in one go

FOR THE REFEREE

• Enter which kick-off times suit you, and how many matches you want that day
• See your own appointments and the club's full schedule
• Get told straight away when you are assigned or something changes
• Add your matches to your calendar automatically
• Report a longer absence in one step: holiday, injury, placement

IMPORTING FIXTURES

Connect Sportlink and the schedule fills itself, including the matches the national association has already appointed a referee for. No connection? Photograph the fixture list or enter matches by hand.

FOR THE CLUB

• The schedule sits with the club, not in one volunteer's head or laptop
• Several planners can work side by side, and a second coordinator can take over anything
• Track how many matches are refereed by trained officials, for the ARAG FairPlay certificate
• Export the weekly schedule to Excel, laid out the way your club wants it
• The app carries your club's name, logo and colours

Referee at more than one club? Switch between them in the app, and keep your availability separate for each.

Refplan works on phone, tablet and computer, in Dutch and English.

Accounts are issued by the club. You cannot sign up yourself — ask your referee coordinator for an invitation.
