About this app

Reply to clients in their language — just by speaking.

Replyvo is a chat translator that also writes your reply. A client writes in English, Spanish or another language. Tap the Replyvo button right in the chat and say what you want to answer, in your own words and your own language. AI writes two reply options in their language, each with a translation for you, so you always know what you're sending. Tap one to insert it into the message field, then send it yourself.

How it works
1. Tap the Replyvo button in the chat. It appears only in the apps you turn on.
2. Say what to reply. Or type it.
3. Pick a reply and send it yourself. Nothing is sent without your tap.

What you get

• Facts about your work (prices, area, hours) used in replies, so you don't repeat them

Where it works
WhatsApp, Messages, Telegram, Messenger, Gmail and other apps with a chat. In some apps, such as Thumbtack or Signal, tap the message field first. If an app blocks screenshots, Replyvo can't read that chat.

Privacy and control
Replyvo uses Android Accessibility to show its button only in the apps you turn on. When you tap the button, it takes a screenshot of the open chat — which can include your in-app messages, SMS/MMS or emails, photos in the chat and the contact's name — and reads any text already typed in the message field, then sends them with your voice note to our server and AI provider (Google Gemini) to draft replies and, if you ask, to translate the incoming message. When you pick a reply, it inserts that text into the message field. It never taps Send and never acts on its own. We don't store chat screenshots or voice recordings. A short chat summary, your voice transcript and suggested replies are kept for 30 days, or 90 days while "Help improve Replyvo" is on (on by default outside the EU and UK; you can turn it off in Settings). You can delete your data anytime in the app.
