Residnt is the app for managing your condominium without WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, or paper receipts.

Residents and administrators work in the same place: fees, notices, common area reservations, and visitor access are no longer scattered across five different platforms.

SECURE PAYMENTS

Card payments are processed through Stripe. Residnt does not store your card details or manage the dues: funds go directly to the condominium's account.

ACCESS CONTROL

Each visitor receives a QR code with a defined expiration date. If your condominium has a reader installed at the entrance, the gate opens upon scanning the code—no calls or paperwork required.

GETTING STARTED

Your condominium must be registered with Residnt. If the administrator has already registered it, log in with your email address and you will be linked to your unit. If you're not already using Residnt, write to us at residnt.mx and we'll help you set it up.
