About this app

That jacket that didn't fit. The duplicate gift. The gadget you're still deciding on. Every one of them has a return window quietly closing — and the receipt is somewhere at the bottom of a bag.

ReturnMate keeps every purchase, every return deadline, and every refund in one place, and reminds you before it's too late to change your mind.

TRACK EVERY DEADLINE
Add a purchase in seconds and ReturnMate counts down its return window for you. Store policy, scanned receipt, or a date you set yourself — you always see exactly how many days you have left, and reminders fire before each window closes.

SNAP THE RECEIPT. WE'LL TYPE IT.
With Magic Fill, point your camera at a receipt and OCR fills in the store, date, amount, and items for you. The photo stays attached to the purchase, so proof of purchase is always one tap away.

KEEP SOME. RETURN THE REST.
Returns rarely mean the whole bag goes back. Track returns item by item — keep the shoes, send back the belt — and ReturnMate keeps the math straight.

FOLLOW THE MONEY BACK
A return isn't done when you hand over the parcel. Track each return from drop-off to refund, see what's still pending, and mark the moment the money actually lands.

SEE WHAT YOU GOT BACK
Insights shows the refunds you've recovered, the return windows you've missed, and the deadlines coming up next — so you know what your habit of second thoughts is actually worth.

YEAR-END REPORT, ONE TAP
Export your purchases and refunds as a tidy file whenever you need one — for budgeting, bookkeeping, or just the record.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No sign-in. Your purchases live on your phone, not on our servers — and you can export or delete everything at any time.

FREE TO USE
Adding purchases by hand, deadline reminders, return tracking, and insights are free — forever. ReturnMate Pro adds receipt scanning with Magic Fill and custom reminder schedules. Cancel anytime.

Also speaks Deutsch, Español, Français, Nederlands, Polski, and Русский.

Buy with confidence. Decide at leisure. Return on time.

What’s new

New: add or edit a tracking number on a return you have already started. Open the return and tap Shipping.

Fixed: cropping a receipt photo cut the wrong part of the picture. The scan viewfinder now shows exactly what the camera captures. Buttons that had unlocked, like Save purchase, stayed unresponsive. Deleting a purchase could close the app.

Changed: items added by hand now need a price, so totals and expected refunds stay accurate — enter 0 for free items.
