ALARMS
Set one-time or repeating alarms with per-day repeat schedules. Pick any alarm sound from your device. Customizable snooze duration. Full-screen ring over the lock screen with Stop and Snooze controls on the notification.

TIMERS
Run multiple named countdown timers at once. Quick-start presets (1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes) or set a custom duration. Adjust on the fly with −1 / +1 minute controls. Finished timers ring through the OS alarm path — they fire even if the app is closed.

STOPWATCH
Start, stop, lap. Split times show the delta from the previous lap. Pro users see best/worst lap highlighting for workout analysis.

INTERVAL TIMER (HIIT)
Configure work time, rest time, and rounds. Running dial with spoken voice cues ("Work!", "Rest!", "Last round!") using the device's text-to-speech engine. Great for HIIT, Tabata, boxing rounds, and circuit training. (Pro feature)

POMODORO FOCUS TIMER
Customizable work, short break, and long break durations. Auto-start breaks between focus sessions. Visual session dots track your progress. Phase-colored ring (red/green/blue) shows what's active at a glance. (Pro feature)

REMINDERS
Two types competitors struggle with:
• Interval — every 15 minutes to 6 hours within a daily active window (drink water, check posture, take breaks)
• Set time — once a day, specific weekdays, or every other day (medication, plants, habits)
Optional persistent notification that can't be swiped away until you tap Done. Quick-start templates for water, medication, posture, eye rest, stretching, and plant care.

WORLD CLOCK
Add cities from every UTC offset including 30 and 45-minute zones. Sorted by offset in the picker for quick browsing. (Pro feature)
