About this app

RoadWy is a community-based roadside assistance app for drivers.

Dead battery, flat tire, out of fuel, engine trouble, or a minor incident on the road? Post a request and allow nearby drivers to offer their help.

With RoadWy, you can:

• Create a geolocated assistance request;

• View nearby requests within your radius;

• Offer your help to another driver;

• Track the progress of an active request;

• Communicate via private messaging with other participants;

• View user reviews and RoadWy ratings;

• Report or block a user for inappropriate behavior;

• Use the app with or without an account.

The different types of breakdowns have specific visual markers on the map: battery, fuel, tire, engine, minor accident, and other problems.

Your exact location is only shared when necessary for the assistance request and depending on your role in the request. Publicly visible requests use approximate location.

RoadWy rewards drivers who take a few moments to help others. Each completed help contributes to your RoadWy level.

RoadWy is intended for non-emergency roadside situations. The app does not guarantee that a helper will be available and is not a substitute for emergency services, insurance assistance, or a professional breakdown service.

In case of danger, a serious accident, or a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services immediately.
