About this app

Rootio is a bookmark manager for teams — save links, organize them into collections your
whole workspace can see, and find any of them again by just asking.

Every link belongs to a Root: a real thing you manage, like a store, an office or a brand.
Inside a Root, links sit on Shelves. That's the whole structure, and it survives contact
with a real library in a way a folder tree doesn't.

■ SAVE LINKS, FILES AND IMAGES
Add a link in a couple of taps, or upload a file straight onto a shelf. Rootio suggests a
title, tags and the shelf it probably belongs on. Add from inside a shelf and it files there
without asking.

■ ORGANIZE WITH ROOTS AND SHELVES
Group bookmarks into collections that mirror how you actually work. Tag them, move them
between shelves, and edit any of it later.

■ FIND IT WITH AI
Ask in plain language — "where's the supplier price list?" — and the assistant answers with
the link. It flags duplicate bookmarks and merges them on one tap.

■ SHARE BOOKMARKS WITH YOUR TEAM
Invite people by email or an invite code. Share a Root and the team opens the real thing,
kept current — or move a Shelf into a shared workspace to hand it over. Owner, admin and
member roles decide who can share, invite and remove.

■ AN ACTIVITY TIMELINE
See what you and your team saved, moved and shared, search it, and reply on any entry. Tap a
row to open the link, shelf or root behind it.

■ A TRASH THAT ACTUALLY RESTORES
Deleting a root takes its shelves and links with it as one action — and one Restore brings
all of them back. Nothing is a one-way door.

■ SIGN IN THE EASY WAY
Sign in with Google, or with an email and password.

Free to use, with an optional Rootio Pro subscription for higher limits.
