About this app
Take a photo of your grocery receipt. Tasarruf reads the products, matches the same product across receipts and shows how the price you pay changes over time.
Not the shelf price — the price you paid
Every receipt becomes a price history. See what milk, cheese or detergent cost last time, how much it went up, and where you bought it cheaper.
WHAT IT DOES
• Scan receipts: with the camera (auto crop and straighten), from your gallery, or import an e-invoice PDF. Long receipts can have several pages.
• Automatic reading and checks: store, date, products, quantities, unit prices, discounts, VAT and total are read; totals are checked against the amounts on the receipt and anything that does not add up is shown to you.
• Product matching: the same product printed differently on different receipts becomes one product. Confirm once and it keeps matching.
• Price history and unit price: price per kg, litre and piece; the products whose price went up or down after every receipt.
• Spending: monthly total, categories and a comparison with the same days last month.
• Personal basket index: your own inflation, calculated from what you buy. Without enough data it says so instead of making up a number.
• Export: all receipts and products as a JSON file, free.
PRIVACY FIRST
• No name, e-mail or phone number; an anonymous account is created on first launch.
• Receipt images are re-encoded without location and device data and encrypted with a key that belongs to your account.
• Even when printed on the receipt, your name, address, phone, national ID and full card number are not stored.
• To read the lines, the receipt image is sent from our server to OpenAI; you are asked for consent before the first scan.
• No ads, no data selling. Delete your account from the app at any time.
TASARRUF PLUS
The free plan includes 10 photo scans a month; PDF and e-invoice imports never count towards the monthly limit. Tasarruf Plus gives you up to 150 photo scans a month (monthly or annual subscription). Your receipts, products, price history and spending stay yours and free, with or without Plus.
Tasarruf is not an accounting app; it is a personal price and spending memory for your household shopping.
