DopaBreak is a screen time tracker that visualizes your app usage on a daily timeline, so you can see exactly when and how long you used each app.
See where your time goes throughout the day, track screen time for each app, set app limits, and automatically block overused apps when you reach your limit.
Ever open social media for a minute and realize an hour is gone?
Trying to study or work, but keep checking your phone?
Want to reduce screen time, but never really know when your time disappears?
DopaBreak makes your phone usage visible on an easy-to-read timeline. Instead of only showing total screen time, you can see which apps you used, when you used them, and for how long.
Once you know where your time is going, you can set app limits and block apps that you tend to overuse.
KEY FEATURES
Screen Time Timeline
See when you used each app and for how long, organized by day and hour. Quickly spot the times when you use your phone the most.
App Usage Tracker
Check today's screen time and past usage trends for social media, videos, games, browsers, and other apps. Understand your habits with actual usage data instead of guesswork.
App Limits and App Blocker
Choose distracting apps and set usage limits. Set an individual app limit, or use a shared limit based on the combined usage time of selected apps.
Flexible Limit Resets
Reset limits daily or at custom intervals. Control excessive phone use throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening instead of relying on a single daily limit.
Current Usage Status
See how long a restricted app has been used, how much time remains, and when the app will become available again.
Customizable App List
Hide system apps or apps you do not want included in your usage view. Keep your screen time dashboard focused on the information that matters to you.
MORE THAN AN APP BLOCKER
DopaBreak is not only about locking apps. It helps you notice mindless scrolling, understand your phone habits, and gradually change how you spend your time.
DopaBreak can help with:
Screen time management
App limits and app blocking
Social media and gaming limits

PERMISSIONS
Usage Access is required to measure app usage time.
Accessibility Service and notification permission are required for app restriction features.
Usage history and restriction settings are managed locally on your device.
ABOUT ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE
DopaBreak uses the AccessibilityService API to provide the core feature of limiting the usage time of apps selected by the user.
The Accessibility Service detects which app is currently displayed and when the foreground app changes. This information is used only to determine whether a restricted app is running, return the user to the Home screen when the configured usage limit is reached, and display a warning before the limit is reached.
DopaBreak does not collect text entered on the screen, messages, passwords, or other input through the Accessibility Service. Information obtained through the service is not transmitted externally or shared with third parties. Processing is performed locally on the device.
Usage Access is required to view app usage time. To use app restrictions, users must manually enable the Accessibility Service and notification permission. These permissions can be disabled at any time in device settings.
