There are millions of people having a hard day right now — feeling invisible, or just
needing a small reminder that the world is kind. Seen was built for that moment.
Open the app and send a message of warmth or encouragement to someone, somewhere in the
world. No strings, nothing expected back. Somewhere, a stranger's day gets a little
lighter. Sometimes that stranger is you.

Send kind messages to real people around the world — in ready-made words or your own.
Watch them travel across a live globe as they reach new countries. Follow people you
know by name and their messages arrive in your own Focused Feed, kept separate from the
worldwide one. Anyone who reads your message can write back privately, just to you.
🌱 Practice
A couple of small, doable acts of kindness each day — something to actually try, out in
the world, not just tap. Choose the area of life you'd like prompts from, and swap the
one that doesn't fit today.
📖 Reflect
A private journal, just for you. One gentle prompt a day, a month view of when you
wrote, and older entries that resurface when you'd long forgotten them. Nobody else
sees any of it unless you choose to share one.
