About this app

SevenGrid is a calm, simple weekly habit tracker: 7 days. 1 grid. Your whole week on one screen, every habit one row, every day one tap. Mark what you did and move on.

REFLECTION
Tracking habits is easy. Reflection is the hard part. At the end of the week: three short prompts and your mood, two minutes. A tiny weekly journal. Skip a week and nothing breaks. Old entries resurface now and then.

PAY ONCE
Free to start: 3 habits, your last 4 weeks of history, the full week grid, 2 themes. Pro is a one-time purchase: unlimited habits, your full history, per-habit reminders, the shape of your week, and all 20 themes. Pay once. No subscription. Ever.

NO STREAKS
Most habit apps punish a missed day. SevenGrid is a habit tracker without streaks: a missed day is just a gap, not a reset. There is no chain to break, so coming back is the easy choice: consistency without the pressure. Sick or just resting? Skip the day: a quiet stroke marks the cell, the reminder pauses, and the week doesn't hold it against you. Rest can be a rule, too: set a habit to skip every Friday, automatically.

WIDGETS
Your week on the home screen: three widgets show the full week grid, a single habit, or a Today checklist. Check off today with one tap, without opening the app. Three optional switches: show today's count against a target or limit, hide habit names, or hide the weekly reflection row.

GOALS THAT FIT REAL LIFE
Not every habit is daily. Gym three days a week, reading every day, water three times a day: you choose the rhythm for each habit, and the grid keeps up. Build your routine at your own pace: one packed Tuesday never ruins anything.

AT MOST
Some habits are about less, not more: cutting back, or gently breaking a habit. Set a goal to “At most”: at most 1 coffee a day, takeout on at most 2 days a week. Each tap adds one. Success is staying at or under your limit. Going over is never red.

THE SHAPE OF YOUR WEEK
Statistics, the calm way. SevenGrid reads your grid and turns your progress into quiet sentences: which day carries your week, when you rest, how your mood and your active days move together. Insights without numbers (Pro).

YOUR DAY, YOUR VIEW
One screen, two views: the full week grid, or a Today view with just what is still open. A single quiet daily reminder, if you want one. Per-habit reminders (Pro) carry a check-off button right in the notification, and each weekday can have its own time: early on Monday, late on Sunday, quiet on the days you skip.

THE QUIET EXTRAS
- Amounts and duration: log km, reps, liters, or hours per day, just for the record, never a target
- A note per day: long-press a cell, jot down what happened
- A daily local backup: CSV files with an open schema, saved to a folder you choose. Survives a reinstall and restores on a new phone, no cloud needed
- Share a week as a calm image. You choose which habits go on it
- Icons and colors: give every habit its own look
- 20 hand-tuned themes: dark, light, and true black for OLED, with automatic dark mode
- Shortcuts: a Quick Settings tile opens the app, and a long-press on the app icon adds a habit

LOCAL AND PRIVATE
SevenGrid works fully offline. Your habits are yours: everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-up, no cloud sync, no ads, no usage tracking: privacy by default. The app goes online for two things only: to check your purchase status and to send anonymous crash reports (you can turn those off). An independent Exodus Privacy scan confirms it: no analytics, no ad trackers, just the crash reporter. Try it: airplane mode on, the app just keeps working.

Built by one person who still uses this habit tracker every day.
Offline habit tracker with widgets: 7 days, 1 grid. No streaks. No subscription.

What’s new

Your home screen gets two new widgets. One keeps a clock above the habits you pick for it, six clocks to choose from and your next alarm if you want it. The other lays out months of one habit as a grid.
Every widget can fade from solid card to bare wallpaper now, and a button in settings places one for you. Pull one wide and the squares grow to fill it.
A long press shows a day's note and value without opening the editor. And a failed import finally says what went wrong.
