About this app
ShuttleSync Driver is the mobile companion app for drivers working for shuttle operators that use the ShuttleSync dispatch platform.
You must be issued login credentials by your employer before you can use this app. ShuttleSync Driver is not a consumer booking app — passengers use a separate web portal.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See your day at a glance — every trip assigned to you for today, in chronological order
• Tap a trip to see the full passenger, pickup, dropoff, and flight details
• Update trip status as it happens: En route → Arrived → In progress → Completed
• Open Google Maps for one-tap navigation to pickup and dropoff
• Call or WhatsApp passengers directly from the trip details
• Receive push notifications when a trip is assigned, modified, cancelled, or about to start
• Get flight delay alerts for airport transfers so you can adjust your schedule
BACKGROUND LOCATION
Your real-time GPS location is shared with your employer's dispatch team while you are on an active shift. This is essential to the operation of the app — without it, your dispatcher cannot coordinate trips between drivers
or give passengers accurate ETAs. Location is only collected while you have an active shift; it is never collected outside of working hours.
PRIVACY
We take driver privacy seriously. Your location and personal information are encrypted in transit, accessible only to authorised people at your employer's organisation, and never sold or shared with third parties for advertising. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
