About this app

Develop is a smart assistant for managing construction projects. AI takes over the foreman's routine: creating a schedule, checking quality using photographs, calculating estimates, and monitoring procurement. Everything you need on a construction site is in one app.

FEATURES

• Construction inspection by photo. Take a photo of the site—AI will find violations and deviations from standards and suggest corrections. The history of all inspections is saved.

• Site culture and order. Assess cleanliness, availability of PPE, and safety regulations using a photo.

• Work schedule. AI creates a plan based on the description, and automatically adjusts the schedule if changes occur on site.

• Estimates. Get an estimate based on a brief description of the work—quickly and without spreadsheets.

• Procurement. Manage materials, compare prices with suppliers, and attach receipts.

• Surveillance cameras. Connect the site's cameras—the app displays the footage and generates an AI report once a day.

• Documents Upload PDFs, drawings, and photos; the AI ​​will evaluate the completeness of the documentation.

• Change Log. Record a change on the spot—the AI ​​will assess its significance and, if necessary, shift the deadline.

• Team. Add participants by Develop ID and assign roles.

• Household Assistant. Describe the task or take a photo of the problem—get a diagnosis, steps, and a list of materials.

HOW PAYMENT WORKS
In-app payments are made in KEI coins. Each AI request transparently deducts coins; the balance is visible in the "Billing" section. Top-ups are made by bank card through ЮКасса. 1 KEI = 1 ₽.

Log in via email, Google, or Yandex. Data is protected, access is restricted by project.
