HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Choose a situation from 60 scenarios divided into 6 categories.
2. Discover the context, your objective, and the level of difficulty.
3. Speak to your virtual counterpart and conduct the interview.
4. Review your debriefing to identify your strengths and what you could do differently.
TALKERS WHO CHALLENGE YOU
Your interlocutors don't just agree. They may hesitate, express concern, challenge a criticism, or ask for clarification.
Their voices and intonations reflect the exchange: reserve, calm disagreement, suppressed annoyance, or appeasement.
Five levels of difficulty allow for a variety of challenges. Progress depends on your approach to the issues: listening, clarifying, and addressing concerns can shift the discussion.
