I unfortunately beg to differ from most opinions here. I've been using it for a year now and the speed is not great, but it works. Apart from that, their customer service is just non-existent. They had issues with their data base, lost their subscription logs, and after three e-mails and almost a month waiting for an answer, nothing has been done and not answer has been sent. I've already paid for a subscription that hasn't been updated due to their fault and sent them the receipt.

can't log on my phone. deleted the app and reinstalled the app but still the same. Can't get the web site on my laptop using a different VPN. so can't get support and stuck.
