It's been like three days. VPN is completely down on Android. No one is responding or acknowledging the issue nor telling us when it will be fixed

I unfortunately beg to differ from most opinions here. I've been using it for a year now and the speed is not great, but it works. Apart from that, their customer service is just non-existent. They had issues with their data base, lost their subscription logs, and after three e-mails and almost a month waiting for an answer, nothing has been done and not answer has been sent. I've already paid for a subscription that hasn't been updated due to their fault and sent them the receipt.

Never get this vpn if you need it in a computer. Worst customer service ever, as I've been writing them for three days in a row, they are online, and they Don't reply
