About this app

SmartOn PBX puts your company’s phone system on your Android phone. Make and take calls on your business number from anywhere, see every call your team handled, and pick up where a colleague left off.

The app is for people whose company uses SmartOn PBX. Sign in with your company’s address, or scan the code on your account page in the browser, and the app shows your company’s name, logo and colours.

CALLS THAT REACH YOU
• Incoming calls ring on a full-screen call screen, even when the app is closed or the phone is locked.
• Answer or decline right from the notification; declining stops the call ringing on your other devices too.
• Call out from your business number with the keypad.
• Use the speaker, a Bluetooth headset or wired headphones.
• The keypad works during a call, for menus and extensions.

EVERY CALL IN ONE PLACE
• Call history: who called, when, for how long, and whether it was answered.
• Listen back to recorded calls.
• Read the transcript, and an AI summary of what was said, where your company has turned them on.
• Voicemail: hear the messages callers leave for you.

STAY ON TOP OF THE DAY
• A dashboard of calls in, calls out, answered, missed and talk time, day by day.
• Set your status (available, on a break or offline) and choose which queues ring you.
• Notifications for missed calls and new voicemail, and you choose which reach this phone.

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Your sign-in is kept in the phone’s secure storage.
• Administrators sign in with a second step from an authenticator app.
• Every time a recording is played, it’s noted in your company’s audit log.

Requires a SmartOn PBX account from your company.
