I have the old SmartPass app, which works really well. Months ago, I got a notification telling me to uninstall the old one and install this one. I installed this without uninstalling the other, and that was the best decision. This app is slow, is literally just a Google Chrome web page, and half of the time doesn't work. It slows down my whole phone, freezes constantly, and by the time I get a pass to send, it's been 10 minutes. I uninstalled this and went back to the old one. Terrible app.

This is one of those moments where using technology isn't better. The app isn't even working, and by that, I mean not letting me log in, and yes, my login is completely correct, there was no misinputs from me its literally just the app. So i can't go to the bathroom the entire day, or go get a drink of water. Plus, when I could actually login, I had to login twice, and it would end up logging me out the next day I used it. Physical passes are 100% better.

Way too poor. First, the "app" is not an app but a web app so if your device doesn't like chrome expect for the "app" to hang. Second, the "app" always logs you out if you haven't used it in a while, AND THERE'S NO REMEMBER ME BUTTON! Lastly, the "end pass" button hangs, I have to repeatedly press the button to even have it register and sometime is doesn't register so it keeps on ticking! Great! Now my teacher thinks I use the bathroom to skip class, thanks smartpass. Fix this unfinished webapp.
