About this app

Schmidt Quality is the official Schmidt Precast mobile application for on-site quality control. Designed for authorized personnel, it allows for the agile, clear, and synchronized recording and validation of daily production progress for precast concrete elements, all within the Schmidt system.

Who is it for?
This app is intended for members of the Schmidt Precast quality and production team who have credentials and permissions granted by an administrator. It is not a public-use application.

Main Features

• Daily Production Validation — View the day's schedule and update the status of each planned element: Pending, Released, Filled, and Produced.

• View by Molding Tables — Navigate between the active tables for the day, with information on the project, element, quantity, and volume.

• Comments and Estimated Time — Add comments for each table and record the estimated filling time to coordinate operations.

• Daily Summary — View the total planned volume (m³) and its distribution by validation status.

• Cloud Synchronization — Changes are saved in real time and are available to the rest of the Schmidt team with authorized access.

• Traceability — Each validation is associated with the user who performed it, supporting auditing and operational tracking.

• Secure Access — Log in with your corporate email and password. Only users with mobile quality permissions can use the application.

Requirements

• Schmidt user account with enabled permissions.

• Internet connection to log in and synchronize data.

Schmidt Quality is part of the Schmidt Precast digital ecosystem and complements production planning and control on the shop floor. To request access or support, contact your organization's system administrator.
