Soom is Algeria's marketplace intelligence app. Check what a product really costs, buy and sell with people near you, and get what you can't find here brought to you by travellers already on their way home.

THE P2P MICRO IMPORTER MARKETPLACE

Post what you want brought from abroad: perfume, cosmetics, sneakers, baby products, phone accessories, car parts, anything that fits in a suitcase. Travellers heading to Algeria see your request and tell you what they charge to carry it. You choose who brings it.
Or travel yourself. Publish your trip, say how many kilos you have free and what you charge, and pick what you carry. A return ticket pays for a good part of itself.

Every delivery is tracked from the request through to the handoff, and the handoff is confirmed by scanning a QR code in person. Both sides rate each other afterwards, so a good reputation is earned, visible, and yours to keep.
