About this app

Sothis is a calm daily compass. Astrology, numerology, biorhythms, and the oldest cycle — held quietly in your pocket.

For people who like astrology but don't want to be yelled at.

WHAT SOTHIS IS

A quiet cabinet of celestial instruments — an antique astrolabe with a real Sun at its centre, a 2.5D orrery of the classical wanderers, a numerology hub with a celestial pinball reveal, hand-drawn constellation traces from 1822 star atlases, and four private rhythms that meet you where you are.

Each morning, one calm reading. No pushed alerts. No "the universe is angry." No streaks. No ads. No woo.

Every part of Sothis is free for fourteen days.

HONEST BY DESIGN

Astrology is a symbolic tradition. Numerology is entertainment. Biorhythms aren't medicine. Sothis tells you this clearly, then offers a reading anyway — a story to think about, not a verdict to obey.

Real astronomy underneath — real planet positions, real moon phases, real spectral star colours, real constellation engravings from 1822 star atlases.

Private by default — birth details, diary entries, partner info and cycle logs stay on your device. Cycle data is encrypted at rest.

Ad-free, always. No tracking pixels. No selling wellness data.

Made in the UK, made with care.

What’s new

Calendar: the week ahead of today was unreachable whenever today fell near the end of a month. Your full seven days either side now open.

The oldest cycle: logging a new period is now a clear button, hidden while a period is still running so you can't start two at once.

Your diary hit rate is now free, forever. Premium is clearly the observatory. Prices in the app now match what the store charges.

Sothis no longer requests microphone permission — it never recorded anything.
