Great response from support team. The app has a nice but simple and easy to understand layout and design. And even without paying for the extras you get a lot of good basic information to help you understand yourself better. I like it.

Breathing exercises are practically perfect for relaxation and good sleep.

I left a review before bc the app wouldn't work. the developer said they fixed it and asked for a new review. problem now is I lost the free trial already so I can't try it out again.
