SoulMatcher is a matchmaking service for adults (18+) who are serious about a long-term relationship. Instead of endless swiping you get a psychological compatibility assessment, a reviewed community and clear reasons why two people fit — plus an optional human matchmaker if you would rather delegate the search.

HOW IT WORKS
Every application is reviewed before it joins the community, so you meet people who are here for the same reason you are. You complete a psychological assessment, and matching is built on values, intentions and compatibility.

COMPATIBILITY BASED ON PSYCHOLOGY
The assessment looks at empathy, emotional stability and other traits that shape how a relationship actually goes, and suggests people who fit you.

RELATIONSHIP QUALITY RATING
Every profile comes with a compatibility indicator, so you can see where there is real potential before you invest your time.

INTERESTS AND PSY ID
Every profile carries interests, love languages and a psychological profile, so you have more context than a photo before you decide.

PROFILE VERIFICATION
Verification helps keep the community genuine. Reporting and blocking are always one tap away, and you decide who can see your profile.

MATCHMAKER CONCIERGE (OPTIONAL)
Prefer a personal approach? A professional matchmaker can take over the search and arrange introductions. The fee covers the matchmaker's work only: candidates are never paid, and payment does not buy a date, a reply or a relationship. Every introduction requires mutual consent, and introductions across countries follow the same rules.

MATCHMAKING DATABASE (OPT-IN)
You can choose to make your profile visible to professional matchmakers, who may then suggest you to people looking for a serious relationship. It is optional and you can switch it off at any time.

SAFETY AND PRIVACY
SoulMatcher is for adults 18 and over. You control your visibility, you can report or block anyone, and violations of our community standards lead to suspension or removal of the account.

MEMBERSHIP
Download the app and submit an application; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Accepted members choose a 1, 3 or 12-month subscription for full access to all features.

PAYMENTS AND RENEWALS
• Your account is charged at the time of purchase through your mobile platform.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; the renewal charge is applied within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your platform's subscription settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Ratings and reviews

Seems pretty buggy and unpolished. I encountered a 500 service error when it gets to entering my email, and can't continue. Also, for height, they don't understand feet and inches - their options go from 5'9" straight to 6'0". I work in engineering and manufacturing, there's nothing like either of those to select in career options. Oh, and for "yearly net worth" there are 8 options, but everyone "under $100k" is lumped into the lowest category. So I guess they're focusing on rich people.

pretty cunning. they want to collect your data and then only display mandatory subscription needed for matching, even basic search won't work untill you subscribe. well, thanks for the reply but no where until data calculating my N,E,B score was premium condition clear and do you not save our answers with yourself a upfront disclaimer would be better. Our data can still be used for analytics after us being blocked on a paywall. App, design and functionality are good so adding a star.

I added all my information and completed my profile, it's been two weeks and I still on the waiting list. I'm deleting my profile, I think it's awful to wait that much

What’s new

We're making your dating experience better with every update. This time we made sign-up shorter, laid your Personality portrait out card by card and in your own language, and put the Match of the day on the home screen with a photo. Invites no longer need to be typed out: you can show yours as a QR code and scan someone else's. We also fixed a few things along the way.
