Sparks Provider helps Australian disability support providers coordinate their workforce and keep day-to-day service records connected.
Managers can plan and adjust rosters, manage participants and workers, review timesheets, approve work, prepare invoices, maintain compliance records and access business tools. Workers can view their shifts and private briefs, record attendance, complete tasks, add shift notes, report incidents, submit travel and expenses, update availability and maintain their own documents.
Role-based access is taken from each organisation membership. Owners and admins receive the manager workspace; workers receive the worker workspace. Records remain separated by organisation and protected by server-side access controls.
Native Android features support camera, photo and file uploads, secure app links, document sharing, offline/error awareness and safe return from background transitions.
An annual Google Play subscription provides one provider organisation with access to Sparks Provider. The Google Play purchase is separate from any existing web plan. Eligible purchases can be restored from Account. Google Play shows the current local price and renewal terms before confirmation.
Sparks Provider is workforce and record-management software. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It is not an emergency service. Organisations remain responsible for their professional, privacy, incident and escalation obligations.
