Speak Island helps you learn Pacific languages the fun way, one flashcard, quiz, and conversation at a time.

Currently teaching Samoan and Fijian, with Fiji Hindi, Niuean, Tongan, Cook Islands Māori, and Tokelauan in development. Every recording is a real native speaker, never text-to-speech.

Works offline once installed: your practice is saved even without a connection and syncs when you're back online.

What’s new

Speak Island Plus subscriptions are back and purchasable through Google Play.

A redesigned Lessons screen picks up right where you left off, with a lighter bottom nav and a slimmer account menu. Profile settings now save instantly, and streak nudges only show once per response.

Fixed: long words no longer run off flashcards, and Focus Word now tracks each language separately.
