About this app

SpendNote is a petty cash app for small teams that handle physical cash. Every time cash changes hands, record it in seconds: amount, purpose, who gave it, who received it and which cash box. SpendNote creates a numbered receipt you can print (two copies on one page), save as PDF or send by email.
LIVE CASH BOX BALANCES
Each cash box keeps a running balance, so you always know how much should be in the drawer and who handled the money last. Use separate cash boxes for each location, event or purpose.
DAILY CASH REPORT
Pick a cash box and a day: opening balance, every cash in and cash out, the expected closing balance, and a cash count section to fill in and sign at close.
WHO HANDLED THE CASH
Every entry is timestamped and tied to the team member who recorded it. The whole team works from the same data on phone, tablet or desktop.
SEARCH AND EXPORT
Find any transaction by date, amount, cash box or person. Export the filtered list as CSV or PDF for your bookkeeper.
CUSTOM RECEIPTS
Add your logo, choose a quick or detailed layout, and edit the labels so receipts can be in any language.
Good for offices, shops, contractors, event organizers, clubs and schools: anywhere cash is handed over and someone needs to know where it went.
