About this app
SportEvo is a sports club management app. It is built for clubs that have outgrown the notebook, the spreadsheet and the group chat.
What you get
The club owner creates groups by age and selection, adds players, and invites coaches with a code from the app. The coach sees their own groups, sends invitations to training sessions and matches, and marks attendance on the spot. The parent registers their child with a code from the club, follows the schedule, confirms attendance in advance, and sees which payments are outstanding.
Specifically, the app does the following:
Keeps player records with a photo, contact details and basic sporting information
Invites coaches and parents by code, with no public sign-up
Runs a training schedule with attendance confirmations and attendance statistics
Records monthly membership payments (a record only, not payment processing)
Stores medical reports and certificates as PDFs
Sends push notifications when a session moves or a training is cancelled
Consent and data
The app complies with the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act. The parent gives explicit consent for processing their child's data, health data in particular. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
What SportEvo is not
The app does not process payments. It only records whether a member has paid. The payment itself happens the way the club already handles it: cash, payment slip or bank transfer.
