Stableside: Manage Your Horses

Wildex

About this app

Stableside is the ultimate app to manage your horses.

Everything about them lives in one place: their tasks, health, diets, medication, vet and farrier appointments, weight, photos and documents. The app keeps track of what is due and tells you three days before, so worming, the farrier and the dentist stop being things you have to remember.

ADD ALL YOUR HORSES AND THEIR DETAILS TO ONE APP
Add each of your horses along with their tasks, health, diets, medication, vet appointments, documents and photos. Everything about them is stored in one place, so you can find what you need whenever you need it.

KEEP YOUR HORSE HEALTHY AND STRONG
Log your horse's medication, worming, vaccinations and vet visits in the app and everyone looking after them sees the same thing. Before anyone gives a dose they can see who gave the last one and when, so your horse stays on exactly the treatment they should be on.

GET REMINDERS FOR YOUR HORSES' TO-DOS
Add your horses' to-dos to the app and it works out when each one is due again, from worming and shoeing to vaccinations and the dentist. Your phone tells you three days before, keeping you ahead of everything without having to remember any of it.

SEND YOUR VET OR FARRIER A LINK TO YOUR HORSES' DETAILS
Add your horses' information to the app and send your vet or farrier a link directly. They can read your horses' history and add to it straight from their phone, with no app to download and no account to make.

ADD YOUR STABLE STAFF DIRECTLY TO THE APP
Invite your grooms and stable staff to the app and give each of them their own level of access. They log what they do as they do it, keeping your horses' details up to date on the days you cannot get down there.

TRACK ALL YOUR HORSES' COSTS
Add every vet bill, farrier visit, feed order and livery payment against the horse it was for. The app totals them up by category, showing you exactly what each of your horses costs you.

GET YOUR VET'S NOTES SIGNED WITH THEIR PRACTICE NAME
When your vet or farrier adds a note through the link you sent them, it carries their practice name and locks as they wrote it. Part of your horses' history is written by the professionals who treated them, ready to show an insurer or a buyer.

TRACK WEIGHT, HEIGHT AND CONDITION OVER TIME
Record your horses' weight, height and body condition whenever you take them and the app keeps the whole history. Small changes build into a picture over months, showing you a horse gaining weight long before it becomes a problem.

EXPORT YOUR HORSE'S FULL HISTORY AS ONE DOCUMENT
Export a horse's full history from the app as a single document. It shows every entry, who wrote it and how much of it your vet signed off, giving your insurer or a buyer everything they ask for in one file.

ADD ALL YOUR HORSE PASSPORTS IN ONE PLACE
Add each horse's passport number, microchip and date of birth to the app and upload a scan of the passport itself. Everything a vet, an insurer or a buyer asks for is on your phone instead of in a drawer at home.

BUILT FOR THE BARN
Gloves on, one hand, in bright sun or a dark stable. Big touch targets, big text, and two full colour schemes that follow your phone. The stable has no signal and the app expects that: your entry is kept and sent when the signal comes back.
