Stallora brings order to everyday stable life — for stable owners, boarders, and staff.
WHAT STALLORA CAN DO
Horses and Stalls
Each horse with a photo, stall or group information, feeding schedule, and important notes. Emergency contact and veterinarian numbers are right where they're needed in an emergency: readily available for the stable team.
Health Records
Veterinarian reports, vaccination records, and test results — stored with the horse instead of in a shoebox. You decide for yourself whether the stable team can see each document.
Booking the Riding Arena
Indoor and outdoor arenas with fixed time slots. If everything is booked, you move up from the waiting list and receive a notification as soon as a slot becomes available.
Schedule and Working Hours
Weekly schedules for the stable team, recorded hours, and notifications for extra shifts. Staff members can see their own schedule and hours.
Feeding and Deworming
Who gets what, how much, and when. Change requests from boarders are handled through the stable owner instead of via notes on the stall nameplate.
Dates and Events
A personal calendar for each member, plus trail rides, clinics, and farm festivals with registration.
Notice Board and Announcements
Posters with photos that automatically clear after 30 days. Important announcements are sent directly to the relevant groups.
Costs at a Glance
Booked services, reported consumption, monthly summaries per horse.
HOW IT'S SET UP
The stable owner determines who has access to what—roles and permissions are freely configurable. A boarder sees different information than a staff member, and both only see their own stable.
APP AND WEB
Boarders and staff manage their daily stable tasks in the app. The administration of the stable itself—roles and permissions, services and prices, member management—is handled via the stallora.app in the browser. Both access the same data.
DATA PROTECTION IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL ITEM
The servers are located in Germany. There is no advertising, no tracking, no analytics services,
and no resale of data. Stallora deliberately does not store the reason for someone's absence—the schedule needs to know that someone is missing, not why. Every member can download their own data and delete their own account at any time.
