Nudgezilla is an adaptive phone-habit coach. It is not a screen-time tracker and not an app blocker. It helps you notice the moments you open an app without really choosing to, adds the smallest useful bit of friction, and offers you something better to do instead.

The goal is not fewer minutes. It is being able to say: "I still use my phone, but I use it because I chose to."

- Watches only the apps you choose and notices patterns like rapid reopening, app-switch loops and late-night use.
- Friction that fits: six levels from a quiet nudge to a deliberate pause, always with the reason shown to you.
- Planned sessions: say why you're opening an app and for how long, and get a reminder when your time is up.
- Gentle, Firm or Persistent coaching, with a dedicated Nudgezilla chime and a test notification.
- Your whole phone at a glance: time and opens for every app, today and over the last seven days, read live and never stored.
- An intentionality estimate that tells intentional time from autopilot time, with the evidence and a clear note that it is an app-generated estimate.
- A replacement library that learns which alternatives actually work for you.
- Optional live reminders, a floating Nudgezilla companion and a home-screen widget. All are off until you turn them on.
- Available in English and Spanish.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Everything stays on your device. There is no account, no server, and no analytics.
- Nudgezilla never reads screen contents, messages, notifications, keystrokes, location, contacts or photos.
- See, export or delete all your data from inside the app at any time.
- The app has no internet permission.
