I installed this app with high hopes but total disappointment. It's buggy everything costs extra money, if you want to cancel your subscription, it's super hard to do so. So you get charged immediately. I also reached out to the CS but they refused to refund my money back and they were rude. They declined my request bc I "used" the app. This app doesnt even work unless you keep paying extra money so i didnt even used the app!!! Don't waste your time and money!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Signed up for the FREE 7-day trail and was immediately billed $9.99. Cancelled my membership in the same moment and reached out to the company for a refund. Was told that I did not cancel within the grace period and was charged correctly. Apparently the free trail is under 3 minutes. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

Used the app for a day, complete disappointment. It is buggy and doesn’t provide accurate analysis. EX: it would say the color I was wearing in a picture was a bad match, then suggest that same color. It contradicts itself and is unreliable. Then when I emailed cust. service to express my dissatisfaction, I received what appeared to be auto-generated responses that were dismissive and essentially conveyed my issue wasn’t their problem. I’m highly disappointed with both the app and the support.
