Ratings and reviews

First, it's insanely expensive to maintain ($33/mo is robbery!!!!) and that's not even all inclusive!! There are still multiple features in the app that charge a fee in addition to the monthly fee. It feels like a huge money grab. Second, in the style quiz it asked what pieces I NEVER WEAR, I chose skirts, dresses and heels. I thought it would filter those pieces out of my outfit inspo, but that's literally all it showed me. It's an incredibly basic app and frankly not worth my time or money!

Downloaded the app & determined it wasn't for me. Immediately sent an email to cancel, got a response saying that using the app would be easier. I replied with a second email & then cancelled a third time via the app. Two days later, I got an email telling me I would be billed $39.99 because I didn't cancel early enough. They charged me. Luckily, I kept my emails attached & informed them they were in violation of their own terms & conditions. I'm waiting 7-14 days for my money back.

I paid $1 for a 3 day trial. There wasnt anything saying after that they would charge a $39.99 monthly fee like the others usually do. very sneaky! And illegal it wasnt even disclosed until I saw it on an email they sent. SCAM! Then they make it impossible to cancel. you have to click cancel like 400 times. Ridiculous.!
