About this app

SUUM is a guided companion for self-reflection. One quiet question a day, a private archive of your answers, and a record of what you have carried, healed, and remembered.

Choose a journey Four companions walk with you, each for a different need:

Lion for Strength: courage, confidence, and finding your voice.
Koala for Healing: gentleness with yourself while something mends.
St. Bernard for Support: remembering you are not alone.
Bear for Comfort: rest, peace, and the quiet kind of strength.

Every journey is a series of daily questions. You answer in your own words, in a minute or in an hour. Nothing is scored. There are no streaks to protect.

Your private archive Every reflection you write is kept for you alone. Add a photo if the moment needs one. Look back by month and see how far you have come.

U Matter: reminders to yourself At the end of a journey you write one line you want to remember. SUUM keeps it and brings it back to you later, when it is likely to matter.

Life experiences Self-paced prompts for the moments life brings: when things feel heavy, for caregivers, for starting over. Take them off the shelf when you need them. No countdown.

Monthly life reports Once a month, see the words you returned to, the sentences you lived with, and the rhythm of your reflections. Print a diary of the month if you want it on paper.

A quiet community Read anonymous reflections from others on the same path. No names, no comments, no likes. Just presence. Share your own only if and when you choose.

Free and Premium Your first 30-day journey is free, including reports for that journey. SUUM Premium ($9.99/month or $89/year) unlocks unlimited journeys, all life experiences, your full archive, monthly reports, and community sharing.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
