TableTalk for Business is the operator's command center for at-the-table guest feedback. Every TableTalk card sits on a table; guests scan the QR code or tap the NFC tag to share how their visit went — in seconds, with no app to install. Happy guests are nudged to leave you a public review. Unhappy guests open a private recovery window so your team can win them back before they reach for Google.
